A Sufi parabel

Very good parable with are deep sense. Though it is called - “As water”, but an essence here at all in water has changed. Read and write please in comments as you have understood it.

Once Hyzyr, teacher of  Moses, has addressed to mankind with caution.

— There will come such day, — he has told, — when all water in the world, except that that will be specially collected, will disappear. Then on change to it there will be other water, and people will descend from it from mind.

Only one person has understood sense of these words. It has typed a water-supply more and has hidden it in a reliable place. Then he began to wait, when water will change. In the predicted day all rivers have run low, wells have dried up, and that person, having left in the refuge, began to drink from the stocks. But here has passed any time, and he has seen that the rivers have renewed the current; and then it has gone down to other sons human and has found out that they speak and think at all how before that to them there was about what them warned, but they do not remember it. When he has tried to start talking to them has understood that they accept it for the madman, showing it animosities or compassion, but in any way understanding. First it did not touch new water, every day coming back to the stocks. However, eventually, he has dared to drink henceforth new water — because allocating it among the others the behaviour and thinking have made his life is intolerable by the lonely. He has drunk new water and became same, as all. Also has absolutely forgotten about the stock of other water. People surrounding him looked at it as on the madman who has wonderfully recovered from the madness.
